We’re not looking for someone to “make calls.” We’re looking for someone who can connect with a property manager, understand their pain points, and show them how INTO changes the game. Someone who can prospect, run demos, and move conversations toward real outcomes.
This role blends prospecting with selling, autonomy with accountability.
Research and identify property managers across global short-term rental markets.
Reach out through calls, LinkedIn, and email to spark first conversations.
Tailor messaging that makes prospects stop and listen—no copy-paste blasts.
Run sharp product demos that communicate value simply and persuasively.
Ask the right questions to uncover real needs, not just surface-level interest.
Build trust and long-term relationships with prospects, even if they’re not ready to buy today.
Handle objections confidently—pricing, tools they already use, skepticism about AI.
Maintain a clean, organized pipeline with consistent follow-ups.
Move deals forward—setting clear next steps, scheduling trials, and keeping momentum.
Share feedback with the CEO and COO to refine our sales playbook.
Work directly with leadership to align on target accounts and outreach priorities.
Contribute insights from the field to improve messaging and positioning.
Operate with autonomy—you’ll be trusted to manage your own rhythm and output.
Have prior experience in sales development, business development, or SaaS/hospitality sales.
Speak and write English at an exceptional level—fluent, clear, and confident with international clients.
Are comfortable running demos and steering conversations toward next steps.

Bring energy, persistence, and curiosity into every conversation.
Familiarity with property management systems (Guesty, Hostaway, Lodgify) or the short-term rental industry.
Experience working international hours or selling into North America/Europe.
This isn’t about handing off warm leads. It’s about owning the first impression, running the demo, and pushing deals forward. You’ll play a direct role in driving revenue, helping property managers adopt AI that changes how they run their business.
