Role Overview

We’re seeking an energetic, outgoing, and highly proactive Community & User Activation Specialist who thrives on personal interaction and building genuine relationships. Your mission is to nurture and grow a vibrant community around INTO Hospitality by actively connecting with users through direct engagement, engaging content creation, and educational webinars. While leveraging automation tools to scale outreach, you'll maintain a personal touch and ensure authentic human connection.

Key Responsibilities

  • Direct User Engagement: Proactively reach out to current and potential users via phone, video calls, personalized emails, and direct messaging to build rapport, provide support, and convert interest into paid subscriptions.

  • Content Creation: Develop and produce engaging, personable video content, webinars, and interactive sessions that resonate deeply with the community and attract new users.

  • Webinar Management: Plan, coordinate, and host engaging webinars designed to educate, engage, and expand our active user community.

  • Community Building: Foster a dynamic and active online community by initiating meaningful discussions, responding thoughtfully to inquiries, and encouraging consistent user participation.

  • User Feedback Advocacy: Act as a key internal advocate for users by collecting and conveying valuable insights and feedback to guide product enhancements, customer support improvements, and marketing initiatives.

  • Outreach Automation: Implement and optimize provided automation tools and platforms to scale personalized outreach effectively, maintaining balance between automation and genuine individual interactions.

Qualifications

  • Extroverted & Engaging: Naturally enthusiastic, outgoing, and comfortable with frequent direct user interactions via phone and video.

  • Content Production Skills: Experienced in creating compelling video and written content to drive community engagement and support brand advocacy.

  • Excellent Communication: Strong written and verbal English communication skills; proficiency in Spanish or Portuguese is highly advantageous.

  • Proactive Attitude: A motivated self-starter who takes initiative to independently develop, execute, and refine community engagement strategies.

  • Flexibility: Ability and willingness to adapt to evolving responsibilities and occasionally travel for specific business needs.
